Maybe that’s where it all comes from!

Installation: loudspeakers, speaker cones, paper, cup anemometers and FM radio.
Installed in room 16.7 on the 16^th floor of the Arts Tower as part of Sheffield School of Archictecture Exhibition 2023.

Taking its title from a comment posted in response to this article, Maybe that’s where it all comes from! brings the strong wind that often surrounds the Arts Tower inside the building. The installation uses loudspeakers and speaker cones as sources of wind-like events generated from the playback of location recordings and other low-frequency-rich material.
